16.12 - USA and China have reached an agreement on trade war
China and USA are in the center of all of the talks today, but then again, can anyone remember the time when it wasn’t so? But, today we are facing the news with a very important twist – it is good. When was the last time we heard something about China and USA together that was good? That’s right a very-very long time ago. And today this tendency can easily change as it seems that the two countries have finally reached an agreement on trade war and phase one might just be deemed successfully completed.
Asian shares are growing on such news, even though some of them are looking a little bit on the red side. It is a normal process where traders and markets need some time to process all of the information and resume their regular pace. it is not a rapid process. Jumps and surges here can only harm in the long run.
The whole world is looking and feeling much better today. Asia, Europe, Australia and US, of course, are trying to catch the wave and ride it. And most of them manage perfectly – the growth and recovery today are pretty strong for shares and indices in the named regions. But, we should really relax here. The situation is too shaky yet and we need to be on the lookout for the rapid falls. After all, until anything is signed, there is always a possibility of Trump making a sudden statement that will disrupt the entire situation.
American shares are gaining on the news. All of the major players except for Tesla are adding today. Perhaps it is one more sign of trading getter easier and better in the nearest future, who knows? American markets depend on a lot of things and trade war has been one of the major causes for the movements there.
