24.10 - are we on the verge of recession?

4.03.2019

Reading world news, it would seem that we are getting closer and closer towards the real point of no return towards the next financial crisis. And that really scares us. Now experts are saying that even the trade talks between USA and China are not doing enough impact in order to stop world recession – too little too late, as they say. And that is not the only disturbing news that we are getting for today.

For example, Japanese factory activity shrank to the lowest level in three years. That can’t be good, can it? And of course we are all still under the same situation we have been before – there are trade talk between China and USA, but what about other trade partners of America? The ones who are still under American tariffs or under the threat of having those slapped onto them? Those also need to talk to Trump and his officials, otherwise the impact is going to be too strong.

It is good that there are still assets and segments of the market which can bring us hope even in this time – for example American stock market. This segment is looking better today with the major names in the industry recovering the price lose in the previous sessions. And that would be great if they were not going to lose the growing pace in the nearest future.

There are also precious metals. They also see growth today, which is the effect of traders searching for safe havens amidst all of this uncertainty and finding it in gold and other precious metals.
